Archaeologists have found many beads and necklaces around the destroyed cities, as well as some busts (Small Statues) which may give a clue to how the citizens looked and dressed. Beads were baked in ovens called kilns, then drilled through and attached to a string. Toys and other trinkets were common in Mohenjo-Daro, with it being obvious that the citizens placed a great value on children and family. Statues of possible Gods and Goddesses were a sign that religion may have played a great role.
